It has been 29 years since this great Midwest city has seen our Royals in the playoffs and the city is brimming with enthusiasm! Kansas City is ready to party like it’s 1985! Ahhh, that infamous year of 1985 when a gallon of gas was $1.09, movie tickets were $2.75, New Coke adorned grocery shelves only to be quickly removed, Madonna and Michael Jackson ruled the pop charts, AND THE KANSAS CITY ROYALS WON THE WORLD SERIES!!!!
